He wiped Hillary off the map through some very underhanded tactics that are reminiscent of Chicago politics. Remember the super delegate fiasco and non-recognition of delegates committed to Hillary? Then he had to face John McCain, who did not generate much fire in the heart of even the most die-hard Republican and who was running neck-and-neck until he stopped his own campaign to "do something about" the financial meltdown. And although I personally think Sarah Palin was a good choice for a running mate, I heard educated (!?) conservative women speak of her in terrible terms and talk about things the media had painted her with ("I can see Russia from my porch") as if they were true. As much as anything, it was the media who won the 2008 campaign, and they're still a strong force this year. The big question is, will the scales fall off their eyes in sufficient numbers to change their support for this failed presidency?Fhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06981706601001285694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1400985529434569506.post-2307660630169460912012-05-23T10:34:32.283-04:002012-05-23T10:34:32.283-04:00Modus operandi of Barry's administration:

That Obama leads the nation down the path to socialism and is now having difficulty keeping the curtain closed can be credited to the new media - bloggers. Without the free exchange of ideas we would be in a much worse predicament.Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06194724327052654657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1400985529434569506.post-30924252252547892082012-05-22T23:19:57.976-04:002012-05-22T23:19:57.976-04:00"Never interrupt your enemy when he is making..."Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."<br /><br />I must say, I am very glad you came out of retirement, or that your situation changed enough to allow you to comment on the passing parade of world events.<br /><br />Your perspective and erudition is much appreciated.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
