If you're not old enough to drink you're not old enough to vote -- or be legally responsible for your actions, go to war, etc. Either raise the voting age back to 21 (where it was when people had to take on "adult responsibilities" at a much earlier time in life), or lower the drinking age to 18 because if you're old enough to vote and carry an M-16, you're old enough to drink.
