Someone, I don't recall who, proposed we turn Detroit to all the illegals in country. No welfare, no benefits, no exceptions. See what they can make of it. The hard working, industrious, good people could probably turn it around better than any bankruptcy gang. And I am pretty sure these builders would take care of the shiftless etc. Talk about a path if not to citizenship, then at least a good place in the line.
