Good or Bad for the Jews

What a Coincidence! Just in Time for Early Voting: Another Dem Hoax

A quick note on what is yet another Dem fraud.

I refer to The Atlantic  (still around?) story that two years ago President Trump refused to attend a ceremony for American WWI dead in France calling them "suckers" and "losers," and not wanting to get his hair wet . . . Right.

All this nonsense is based on anonymous sources (of course) and just never came out until right now. Of course!

The Biden campaign, of course, was waiting with a campaign ad, and a speech by Biden in which he put on his best "I am a patriot" face and came to the defense of America's vets. Right.

This is just another crude hoax timed to come out just as early voting commences in North Carolina--a state with a very large military and retired military population--and a state in which the polls show a tight race. The Atlantic, of course, is a pro-Biden rag.

The hoaxes keep on coming . . .

  2. And of course this story drops perfectly to take Pelosi's Salon gate off the front page. Also spiked was the Antifa thug admitting that he murdered the Trump supporter. And Biden's gaffe fest in Kenosha was quickly ignored...along with the story of Biden getting VERY handsy with the wives of Secret Service Agents.
One Fake News story kills 4 Real News stories. With a Media like that Biden should be up 95%.

  3. This is a blood libel by the Biden campaign. When they lose simple payback won't do. Revenge is needed. Enough of their breed.

    1. Affirm whitewall! While paybacks can be a bitch, settling the score requires an effort that precludes a comeback by America's enemies, foreign and domestic. No more Mr. Nice Guy, if we expect our American experiment to defeat these devious and deadly assaults. Hell, we may even have to re-educate the SOBs - Flogging and keel hauling would be a good start~~~

  4. We all know that Trump would never denigrate war heroes with comments like 'I prefer heroes that weren't captured'.

    Well, at y'all know that.

    3. I had no idea the pinion of John McCain around here was so low.

      Delete
    4. That's because John was so highly thought of in "other" quarters as "the Maverick". Also, no one thought as highly of him as he did of himself. We noted that he was eulogized in three different zip codes and then with unmatched persistence he was correctly and thoroughly buried in Arlington. Lindsay Graham then became a free man.

    5. One Brow. John McCain's failed presidential campaign left him bitter and vengeful. He played the roll of spoiler from that point on. Sort of like where Mitt Romney is today. A RINO.

    6. McCain was not allowed to be buried at Arlington, so is buried at Annapolis.
You might want to look into how he really died and the concocted cover story of his supposed cancer. “Coincidentally,” the same ailment that his good buddy Ted Kennedy had, as well as dying on the exact anniversary of Teddy’s death 9 years prior. “National Dog Day”— no offense to dogs.

    7. We left 360 confirmed POWs behind in Vietnam.
Political and military analysis should account for that fact.
An admiral's son and former POW becomes a Senator and the POW issue disappears from public view...draw your own conclusions.

  5. Spare a thought for the once-proud Atlantic Monthly. For years, I was a loyal subscriber, looking forward to the next edition which would provide varied interesting thought-provoking articles.

Then, quite suddenly, the Far Left took over. The Atlantic rapidly descended into publishing trash which looked like it was straight out of the latest edition of The Young Socialist. I cancelled my subscription, and apparently so have many other former readers.

Now the Atlantic is kept alive by support from an extremely wealthy woman, spending the money her late husband earned through his brilliance.

The Atlantic cannot be trusted. Anonymous sources cannot be trusted. Anonymous sources quoted in the Atlantic = outright damned lies.

  6. I have very mixed feelings about the First World War, and whether the US should have gotten involved. Maybe it has to do with the itchy feet of certain Central Europeans, which ended up giving my father (rest in peace) first cousins in both the British and German armies back then.

As for Trump, my own impression is that he generally treats the military and veterans with respect.

@Whitewall> For years, I've seen much of what the Leftist media produces as blood libel.

  7. Echoing what Mary McCarthy said about the stalinist playright Lillian Hellman, every word the media publishes is a lie, including "and" and "the."

They will publish any lie that meets the need of the Narrative at the moment, no matter if it contradicts previous lies or even common sense.

    Yeah right.

  9. Dear Dip-I'm sure you have seen more than a few third world elections. What can we do, both office holders and ordinary citizens, to rescue our beloved country from the coming Democrat/Marxist election fraud and coup?

  10. I understand that the Atlantic is also just about to publish a story that the sun rises in the west. They are trying to restore their credibility after this ridiculous nonsense.

  11. Roger That JK~~~and of course John McCain Sen, AZ, was again at the center of the VA obstruction:

    • Early 2012: Dr. Katherine Mitchell, a Veterans Affairs emergency-room physician, warns Sharon Helman, incoming director of the Phoenix VA Health Care System, that the Phoenix ER is overwhelmed and dangerous. Mitchell now alleges she was told within days by senior administrators that she had deficient communication skills and was transferred out of the ER.

"• September 2013: Mitchell files a confidential complaint intended for the VA Office of Inspector General, channeled through Arizona Sen. John McCain's office. Her list of concerns instead goes to the Office of Congressional and Legislative Affairs and eventually back to the VA. Mitchell, meanwhile, is placed on administrative leave.

FYI, as a County Veterans Counselor, I testified before the entire County Council membership in the 80's: stating on record that the VA Hospital Administration had run amok, and that the VA Administrators, on all levels, were failing to serve the Veteran population. I, of course made it a point, to exclude the caring & overworked nurses from my critique! As well as most of the Doctor's, the exceptions being some smart assed recent grads from Med School, who failed to have developed even a trace respect for the servicemen, let alone a supportive "bedside manner"! Must say with some pride, the broadside hit the target, some heads rolled at the top, but it would be 20 more years before the Vet's began to recieve the quality of care, they are at last getting in 2020! I remember doing a TV interview, with a sympatico Gal on the local station, I assembled a cadre of Vet's, from all the armed services who shared their combat experiences with the interviewer: they ranged from WW11 grunts from out on the Alpine Hwy, who via frost bite lost feet in later life, but were denied service connected disabilities, Some Tunnel Rats who crawled on their bellies through caves and tunnels w/ scout dogs to root-out enemy ambush, and often times got pungi stick wounds, that festered for years, if they survied--none of the dogs did! Then there was the riveting testimony of the jungle fighter, telling his Agent Orange story, how delighted his Company was, when the AO Planes would flyover. They'd strip to the waist, just to feel the coolness of the defoilient on their bodies--somebody forgot to tell them it was cancerous! I prepared the Reporter for her interview, but when we finished she was wrecked, she never relized the heavy toll those men & their families suffered after their battles! If only for his successes with the VA Bureaucracy, the CinC earned 4 more years + a battalion of POTUS Force Protectors to take on the task of Rear Guarding his '6'!

  12. Diplo there is some truth in this story. It was widely reported at the time. See here for instance.

No contemporaneous mention of the "losers" etc. remarks. I suspect it was too wet for the helo and his security guys wouldn't let him go by road. Bad optics, but would Obama have done any different?
