Another "Triumph" for the Obama State Department: The OAS General Assembly

The hits keep on coming for the Obama foreign policy team, perhaps the most incompetent since the days of "Carter from Mars." Read this excellent analysis by Luis Fleischman of the Americas Report.  He describes the disastrous performance by  our boys and girls at the OAS General Assembly in Cochabamba, Bolivia last week.     Good Lord, Bolivia is still demanding a corridor to the sea? What, having their butts kicked by Chile twice already isn't enough?
